The Villa is a beautiful beach vacation rental in Troncones, Mexico. The Villa is three stories with four bedrooms, 4.5 baths, outdoor shower, a large modern kitchen on the ground floor, a kitchenette/sitting area on the third floor, pool side bar/refreshment center, barbeque cent, and of course a large pool, cascading waterfall, and a "playa" ( wading area ) for the little ones.
All of the bedrooms are suites, with king beds, large double sink bathrooms, balconies, ceiling fans and air conditioning.
The kitchen/dining area is predominantly open air--traditional Mexican style. The vacation rental Villa is equipped with all the modern amenities including an automatic ice maker which utilizes purified bottled water ( as does the kitchenette on the third floor). The Villa is decorated with traditional Mexican art from local Troncones and Zihuatanejo artists. The vacation rental is very private, surrounded by beautifully landscaped tropical gardens with great views of Troncones beach and the surrounding Sierra Madre mountains. The Villa is just paces from the beach ( Playa Troncones ) and a short walk to Troncones village. The vacation rental accommodates groups of 8-11 ( 4 king beds, 2 inflatable beds, 1 crib/co-sleeper ). The vacation rental is designed for for groups of family or friends as we rent the entire property ; not by the room.
